Trouble logging in?

If your LMS won't load or your login keeps failing, work through these steps in order.

Clear browser cache and cookies

Open Chrome → three-dot menu → More Tools → Clear Browsing Data. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," then click Clear Data.

Disable browser extensions

Some extensions can interfere with login. Go to the three-dot menu → More Tools → Extensions, disable all extensions, then try logging in again.

Update Chrome

Make sure Chrome is on the latest version. How to update Chrome.

Try Incognito Mode

Open Chrome in Incognito Mode and attempt to log in.

Disable Hardware Acceleration

Go to Chrome Settings → System → toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available."
